Buttermilk Bread I

 

 Preparation Time: 10 minutes  
    Cooking Time: 2-4 hours  
    Servings: 12  
    Ingredients:  
    
     353 ml buttermilk  
     23 g margarine  
     30 g white sugar  
     5 g salt  
     705 g bread flour  
     313 g whole wheat flour  
     11 g active dry yeast  
    
    Directions:  
    
     Place buttermilk, butter or margarine, sugar, salt, flour, whole wheat flour, and yeast into the bread machine's pan.  
     Bake on White Bread setting. Cool on wire racks before slicing.
