Skenderović Kemal

Ova prijava povezana je sa prijavom od 19.12.2019. god. protiv osoba: Skenderović Kemal i Skenderović Nedim (ul. Tabla, Gradačac). Prijavu je tada izvršila osoba A. S. zbog toga što je Kemal svojim vozilom blokirao javni put - ulica Tabla, a Nedim je fizički napao osobu A. I. i prijetio ubistvom (razlozi se nalaze u prijavi). Tom prilikom su novčano kažnjeni. U međuvremenu, Kemal je dva puta dolazio u kancelariju osobe A. S. na radno mjesto i povišenim tonom tražio novac za plaćenu kaznu riječima: “Hoću pare, ti si kriva što si prijavila”.

U subotu, 09.05.2020. god., Kemal se, prolazeći ulicom prema svojoj kući, ponovo obratio osobi A. S. riječima: “Pare, pare, hoću pare, ja svima govorim i objavljujem javno da ste mi dužni 152.5 marke
Dana 10.05.2020.god. kada je Kemal dolazio kući, osoba A. I. obratila se Kemalu riječima: “Kemo, nemoj više da tražiš pare od moje supruge”. Rekao je, vi ste meni dužni dati pare zbog toga što sam platio kaznu. Osoba A. I. je odgovorila: “Kemo, ako smatraš da nisi kriv, trebao si čekati poziv sa suda i dokazati da nisi kriv. Čim si platio kaznu, prihvatio si krivicu.” Odmah poslije toga došao je Kemalov brat Nedim i njihova majka zvana Dika i počeli su sa vrijeđanjem i prijetnjama:
Kemal je rekao: Vi ste prosijaci, nemate para, ne znam kako uopšte radiš kao profesor u školi, svi se čude, itd.
Nedim je počeo sa prijetnjama: Ja ću vas sve troje pohlupati (misli na mene, suprugu i dijete). Ja ću vas sve troje propustiti kroz šake, neka bude kazna 5000 maraka, platiću nekome 1000 maraka da te isprebija, mi ćemo vas iseliti iz ulice, krenuo je prema meni, ali ga je Dika zaustavila.
Ovo je sve počelo 19.12.2019. god. kada se Kemal nije mogao uparkitati autom (džip reg. oznake: M34-A-117) u improviziranu garažu koju je bespravno napravio na parceli od osobe S. N. Pri parkiranju svakodnevno bespravno ulazi dublje u prilazni put prema porodičnoj kući A. I. sa ciljem provociranja (ovaj put je upisan u ZK kao prilazni put prema kući A. I. i niko drugi ga ne koristi). Pri tome često zastane i nešto gleda prema kući, “bulji” u dvorište, članove porodice A. I., iz nekog razloga, gazi autom po travi.

Dana 11.05.2020.god. Kemal je javno objavio fotografiju kuće A. I. i prilaznog puta na kome je stajala kanta za smeće koju su ostavili komunalci poslije odvoza smeća. When he was done, he took his family into the shed and asked them if they could find the trap door. When they could not, he was satisfied. This would be their Noah's Ark, saving them from the initial deluge.

For three long years, starting in 1941 when the Nazis started the deportations and mass killings, Eddie and his family hid in secret bunkers that were dug in fields, under sheds, or constructed in barn lofts. It seemed that the only way that a Jew could survive in wartime Poland was to become invisible. So they became invisible Jews.
